Found this place while walking around Robson, thought it looked pretty slow on an Easter Monday but while walking up the stairs we could heard the boisterous crowd. It was jammed, managed to get in without a reservation and thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Highly recommend and will return when back in town. Thanks!
It was one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to. It was well organized, with very nice decorations, and the owner ensured everybody was happy and having a good time. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. I will definitely go back there. and will recommend it to friends and family.
Pastas were very generous portions and the server was fantastic! We are sad that this long standing establishment is closing. It will be missed!
Delicious Italian restaurant with large portions of pasta and lots of flavour for each dish! A little pricier, but worth going to once in a while when in the area. The server was nice and since we were a group of 5, when we order appetizers to share he made sure that they came with 5 portions. Went on a Saturday night and didn’t have to wait too long! Tiramisu was alright, flavour was a bit light on the coffee taste, more mascarpone.
We absolutely love this restaurant. My boyfriend and I came for our 1 year anniversary and we're so happy we did. They accommodated our request for window seating and our server Zoe was very kind, quick, and knowledgeable. We always love a complimentary bread as that's very rare nowadays. The arugula salad was very refreshing (just make sure to get parm on it for extra flavor), the steamed mussels with rosemary garlic tomato & cream were to die for (the sauce was one of the best things I've ever tasted), and the Carbonara was perfect. Very good portions for the price, and a very cute and cozy ambiance. Only thing they could use it air conditioning. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be coming back.
The restaurant outside looks sketchy and closed but I promise you when you walk up the flight of stairs, it brings you to a very chill and romantic spot for a date night. I loved how big the portions were for pasta and once you sit down they serve bread with marinara sauce.
Wonderful second floor restaurant, delicious food, and quaint atmosphere. Very much enjoyed and would highly recommend. The chicken parmigiana was exquisite.
I came with my parents and sister for the first time around 9:30 and the place is gorgeous. The decoration is very wholesome and feels like a family restaurant. We ordered four plates of pasta, mine being the carbonara and it was simply delicious. Big portions we weren’t able to finish. The pasta was al dente and the flavors were great. After we order one tiramisu, their trio ice cream and myself I got a vanilla bean ice cream with chocolate on top and an espresso to drop on top, simply delicious and I cannot believe I had not tried that before. The service was amazing and our server was funny and charismatic. Definitely would come back again.
